(1) 100% refund if canceled within 7 days from the start date.
(2) No credit or refund for Tuition fees if canceled after 7 days from the start date.

Waiting List Policy
1) If we receive your application after we have reached capacity, you will be notified that your child has been placed on our waiting list. The date the application is received, any applicable enrollment priority, and the program advancement criteria will determine the waitlist position.
2) All paid fees will be refunded if the student has not been granted admission confirmation due to a capacity limitation.

How We Use Your Child’s Information
We do not use Personal Information to engage in targeted advertising to children and we do not create or build personal profiles of students other than for educational purposes or as specifically authorized by a parent or legal guardian.

We mainly use information gathered to:
1) Provide our Services, including administering our classes, features, and activities;
2) Deliver a high-quality and customized learning experience;
3) Share some featured activities on our Social Channels;
4) Publish the names of winners or high-performers;
5) Send prizes for performance in competitions such as our online contests and competitions;
6) Promote our upcoming activities, camps, learning programs; and
7) Identify, fix, and troubleshoot bugs and service errors.

When Your Child’s Information is Available to Others
We never share information about your child with third parties except to comply with a legal obligation, including lawful requests from public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. We may also share Personal Information when we believe it is necessary to protect Muslimeto’s rights and property, to protect the safety of our users, and to defend against legal liability.

Website & Social Media
In some cases, we may feature short clips (up to 30 seconds) of the recorded class learning & activities in part or whole, on one or more of Muslimeto's social channels to showcase outstanding achievements and progress of our students.
