Each Academic Year or Grade Level consists of two semesters, upon completion students receives a certificate and graduate to the next grade level

Classes are offered four days a week at different schedules as follows:

* Foundation classes take place in the 1st Academic Hour
* All schedules follow the daylight savings time as per Eastern Standard Time (EST)
