Frequently Asked Questions

How long are the classes and how are fees calculated?+
Most of our learning programs are flexible: classes can be 30, 45, or 60 minutes, and the learning plan is calculated from the total hours per billing cycle (4 weeks). Standard 1:1 tutoring is based on $12/hr; Ijazah programs and private group Halaqah are based on $15/hr.
  • Two 30-minute classes a week: $48 per cycle
  • Three 30-minute classes a week: $72 per cycle
  • Five 30-minute classes a week: $120 per cycle
How do small group classes work?+
Group classes are 45 or 60 minutes long, from $7/hr, billed the same way per 4-week cycle. For example, two 30-minute group classes a week come to $28, and four come to $56.
When can I schedule classes?+
Anytime! You can schedule your classes on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. InshaAllah we will accommodate your schedule based on the date and time that work best for you.
What if I need to miss or reschedule a class?+
For 1:1 classes, let your teacher and us know at least 1 hour in advance and your teacher will reschedule the session with you. For group classes, the class recording is uploaded to the class dashboard within a couple of hours so you can review and stay on course.
