Refund Policy

This page brings together the refund terms that apply to Muslimeto™ classes. It restates the commitments set out in our Terms & conditions; where the two differ, the Terms & conditions apply.

FREE TRIAL

Your first class with Muslimeto™ is free. No payment is taken to book a trial class, so there is nothing to refund if you decide not to continue afterwards.

7-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We have a 100% customer satisfaction policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first month (the start of your classes) and we will process a full refund.

To request a refund you can either email support@muslimeto.com, or log in to the portal and complete the Muslimeto Cancellation Request Form. You will receive an acknowledgment within 24 hours.

HOW REFUNDS ARE PAID

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The refunded amount reaches your account within 3-5 business days.

MISSED CLASSES AND ABSENCES

There are no refunds for missed classes or absences of any kind. Where an absence qualifies as excused under our attendance policy, a make-up lesson is scheduled at no additional fee instead of a refund.

  • Excused absences notified at least 2 hours before class may be rescheduled for no additional fee.
  • Unexcused absences receive neither a make-up lesson nor a refund.
  • If a class is cancelled because of a teacher's absence, a make-up lesson is scheduled for no additional fee. Missed classes are not refunded.
  • If a student misses a scheduled make-up session, there is no further free make-up lesson and no refund.

CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, contact support@muslimeto.com or complete the Cancellation Request Form in the portal.
