U. Hager is a Hafiz with 3 Ijazat (Asem, Tohfat al atfal and Al-Jazaria), masha’Allah. She has extensive knowledge on best practices for teaching Quran and Tajweed to non-Arabic speaking students. She can communicate effortlessly in English as she is a TEFL certified English teacher from Cambridge University. She is also fluent in Spanish and has worked as a volunteer translator (Spanish-English).
By the age of 11, U. Asmaa had already memorized the entire Quran by heart. She started teaching Quran and tajweed to adults by the age of 20. Masha’Allah, she has been a proud Hafiz with Ijaza for the past 2 years and is now working towards attaining additional Ijazas in Asim and Ibn-Aamir narrations. She has also been studying at the Institute of Qira’aat at Al Azhari Institute, for the past three years, during which she acted as the valedictorian of the institute. She is dedicated to helping others explore the beauty of the words of Allah, subhanahu wa taala.

Msaha’llah, she is a proud Hafiz, a native Arabic speaker, and speaks English, French, and Russian! She completed memorizing the Holy Qur’an at only 10 years of age and started teaching to non-Arabic speakers at only 13 years of age. She has come to be a valuable member of the Muslimeto Faculty since 2017.

U. Eglal L. U. Eglal is an esteemed Hafiz with Ijaza. Shas been teaching Qur’an for the past 18 years, with the last 4 years dedicated to working online with non-Arabic speakers. Masha’Allah, she holds an Ijaza (Sanad in reciting & teaching Quran) and she is certified from the esteemed Al-Azhar University in Egypt. She has a B.A. degree in English Literature from Cairo university and has worked in translation and teaching, making her a native Arabic speaker who is very fluent in English as well.
